Pool Opening

Includes cover removal, initial cleaning, connection of your winterized plumbing and standard chemicals for existing customers. Charges are dependent on your water quality.

Weekly Service

Weekly service including cleaning, water analysis and chemicals to keep your pool sparkling and sanitized. We offer year-round services to keep you pool sanitized for the next season

Pool Closing

Includes final cleaning, chemicals,  installation of your pool cover and emptying all lines to avoid frost damage. Once your pool is closed we will stop by periodically to make sure that there are no leaves or branches accumulating on your cover.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

We will gladly maintain and repair your pool equipment. Prices will be quoted per job.

Residential Property Management

We will make sure that everything runs smoothly when you cannot be at your property. Our services include, but are not limited to, closing your hurricane shutters, dealing with your lawn service, communicating with your HOA and correcting issues when they arise.
